The Details:

• 1500 Dragon St, Dallas, TX 75207, USA. The address varies around the development. Use the address above to get there, but the subject is the entire shopping center.
• Shoot starts at 8 AM CST on Friday, September 7th
• Package includes Mavic and Gimbal
• There is a manager, but she knows you are out and about. We won't shoot inside the building, so there is no need to meet with her.

The Summary:

• This is an old-dated shopping center, and our client is redeveloping it into modern luxury retail. One part of the project involves showing the entire shopping center’s existing conditions and its immediate location.
• The second part is showing where the property sits within the Dallas Metro Area. We are looking for wide, long aerial shots that we can use to track callouts. (see example below)
• The final video must be 5 - 10 minutes long. We have animated maps, but we will still need a decent amount of footage.
• There are 5 renderings, and a corresponding site plan is marked up to show where they are, but we will want to recreate these on the gimbal. In the edit, we plan to show the before clip and then the matching rendering.
