    • Create Portal Account for IDT Projects (Indoor Drone Tours):

    • Fill in Form with email and password and Click "Register with Email"

    • IDT Team will then change your account to 'contractor' so you can see shoot details
    • The portal is our home base for shoot notes and logistics, once we get a shoot on your calendar I'll have an onboarding call with you to review the workflow.
  • [ ] Check your Calendar:

    • The Calendar is the main reference point for pilots to see shoot times, locations, portal links, additional notes.

    • Clients are also on these invites and can see the information within the invites.

    • The sales team manages the calendar. DO NOT make changes to calendar events.

    • It is good to reference your calendar a week or more in advance so you can put in LAANC requests 72hrs before in order to get further authorization.

      • Important!!! The FAA defines “72hrs before” as 3 FULL DAYS PRIOR. This means that even if my flight is Wednesday at 7:00pm I must submit by Saturday at 11:59pm for them to accept the further authorization request.
